Apexia RSVP is run by Apexia Group Limited. This page explains what we store and why.

Hosts

You sign in with your Apexia account. We keep your Apexia user ID, name, email address and profile picture so we can show your events to you and email you when guests reply. Your account itself is managed at my.apexia.uk.

Guests

When a host adds you to a guest list, or you reply through an open invitation link, we store the details the host asked for: your name, your reply, and anything you chose to tell them (email address, phone number, dietary requirements, song requests, a message). This information is shown only to the host of that event and is used to send you the invitation, a confirmation of your reply, and reminders if you haven't replied. Emails come from Apexia RSVP but replies go to the host.

To change or remove your details, use your personal invitation link or contact the host. Hosts can delete guests and events at any time, which removes the data.

Cookies

We use one session cookie to keep hosts signed in and to protect forms. No advertising or tracking cookies.
