Apexia RSVP is provided by Apexia Group Limited to holders of an Apexia account.

• Use the service for genuine invitations. Don't upload guest lists you don't have permission to contact, and don't send unsolicited email.
• You are responsible for the content of your invitations and for how you use the details your guests give you.
• We may suspend events or accounts used for spam, harassment or anything unlawful.
• The service is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
